Effective January 1, 2022 - Lock Day Notice Change

If payment is not received BEFORE lock day, a $50 shut off penalty will automatically be added to your account. Your account balance plus the $50 shut off penalty will need to be paid in full before meter is reconnected. Payment received on a locked meter account, after 4:00pm CST on lock day, will not be reconnected until the next business day.
